Orders
Our website makes it easy to place and manage orders online. Add your selections to your cart, proceed through the checkout process, and use your customer account to track and manage orders. If you need assistance placing an order, contact us.

Every order is packaged with love and a little Luna magic. We wrap everything in tissue paper, secure it with a luxe embossed sticker, and complete the package with a heartfelt thank you card. Scarves are shipped in branded mailing envelopes and larger homewares are shipped in branded mailing boxes.

Yes! We are delighted to offer a range of delivery options so that wherever you or your favorite people are located, we can ship our products to you or them.
We strive to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of placement, with the exclusion of weekends and holidays.
United States: Once dispatched, your order usually arrives in 2–5 business days depending on your location.
International: Once dispatched, your order usually arrives in 10-15 business days depending on your location.
Yes, we accept returns on unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. See our returns page here for more information.

Gifting
From the Gift Card Product Page, choose a denomination and select the box next to 'I want to send this as a gift'. Enter the recipient details, gift message, and preferred send date. Add the item to your cart and proceed through the checkout as usual. Once your order has been placed, your recipient will automatically be notified of their gift and you will receive an order confirmation.
Yes! If you would like us to gift wrap an item for you and include a gift receipt, please use the giftwrap check box located on the product page before you add the item to your cart.
Our Products
Our products are made by talented artisans all over the world. Many of our products are made right here in the United States of America, while others are crafted overseas. We are working hard to achieve our long term goal of having all of our products made in the U.S.A.
No, if a scarf is marked as 'sold out' on our website, that means it is gone for good. Our scarves, both silk and wool, are produced in small batches to preserve the exclusive and collectable nature of each piece. We release fresh designs each season so that our customers can always look forward to something new!
Loyalty
Earning loyalty points couldn't be easier! Simply create a member account here on our website, and you will automatically start collecting points with every order! Make sure you are logged into your account before placing orders to ensure you earn your points and to redeem points you already have.
To redeem your loyalty points for discounts on your order, first make sure you are logged into your account on our website. Then, proceed to the checkout page and look for the points section on the right side of the page on desktop (or below the order summary on mobile). If you have enough points to redeem for a discount, you will see an option to redeem your points. Choose the amount you would like to redeem and click on the 'Redeem' button. You should see your order total update with the discount.
Yes, loyalty points expire 6 months from the date they were issued.
